Mail Strike

Due to the Canada Post mail strike, we would like to inform you of the options to receive and pay your utility bills.

Receiving your bill:

We can send your bills to you by Email, Fax or you can call us to get your balance.

Making a bill payment:

1. Internet or Telephone banking through your financial institution
2. Option Pay – Go to Birchhillscounty.com On the home page click the blue tab > Utility & Tax > Pay Bills Online
3. Pre-Authorized Debit – The forms are on the website 4. Etransfer to finance@birchhillscounty.com

To update your contact information, please complete the “Customer Information Update Form” found below.

You can send the form to us by;

1. Calling us at 780-694-3793
2. Faxing in the Customer Information Update Form to 780-694-3788
3. Email the Customer Information Update Form to reception@birchhillscounty.com
