Compass Assessment Consultants will conduct Rotational Assessment Inspections throughout Birch Hills County August 10-14th. Assessors can be found speaking with property owners to confirm data related to properties, walking on site, measuring buildings, and photographing exteriors. Compass conducts rotational inspections of properties to ensure property assessment data is accurate, reliable, and up to date.
Assessors Aaron Steblyk, Brady Harder, and Kaelan Tait will visit properties in:
- Belloy
- Eaglesham
- Peoria
- Tangent
- Wanham
- Watino
- County wide
What to Expect
- Inspections will take place Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM
- Assessors will be driving trucks with county decals on the rear windows
- Each assessor will be carrying photo identification and wearing Compass Assessment branded apparel (jackets, shirts, hats).
- At each property, Compass assessors will attempt to contact the owner when they arrive.
- Inspections are authorized under Section 294 of the Municipal Government Act (MGA)
