Birch Hills County is seeking proposals for providing Janitorial Services for the County office in Wanham.
All Consumable supplies are to be provided by the County. Cleaning to take place after hours or on weekends. Maximum hours to work per week are 8-10 Hours.
Interested parties can submit their janitorial services proposal including:
- Name & Contact Information
- Hourly Rate expectations
- proof of WCB coverage
- Service providers use their own tools (Vacuum Cleaner, mops, Brooms, etc.)
- availability
Proposals will be accepted in writing to the County office in person, or by emailing development@birchhillscounty.com
A cleaning checklist or a tour may be provided upon request.
