As per section 194 of the Municipal Government Act, the public is hereby advised of a Special Council meeting to be held on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026 starting at 9am at the Birch Hills County Council Chambers located at 4601-50th Street, Wanham, AB.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss two items:
• review the 2025 Audited Financials Report with our auditor. A portion of this meeting will be closed to the public as per the Access to Information Act exemptions 28(1) and 29(1).
• Consider 2nd & 3rd Reading of Bylaw #2025-07 – Road Closure Bylaw for Range Road #50.
