PUBLIC NOTICE
As per section 194 of the Municipal Government Act, the public is hereby advised of two Special Council Closed meetings to be held at the Birch Hills County Council Chambers located at 4601- 50th Street, Wanham, AB.
The purpose of these closed session meetings is to discuss the 2026 Operating and Capital Budgets.
The meeting dates and times are as follows:
Monday, December 1st, 2025 starting at 9am.
Tuesday, December 2, 2025 starting at 11am.
This Special Council meetings will be closed sessions as per section 28-29 of the Access to Information Act – Statutes of Alberta, 2024
