Attention Ratepayers:
Birch Hills County Weed and Pest Inspectors are now active within the County. They will be scouting properties for regulated weeds and pests. They will be highly visible wearing high visibility vests and identification tag. They will also be driving marked Birch Hills County trucks. They may be seen walking in fields, taking pictures and/or samples. Birch Hills County takes biocontrol seriously and all inspectors will also be wearing disposable booties. If they need to inspect a yard site, they will come to the residence and knock on the door prior to proceeding. They will never under any circumstances enter buildings.
